Method 1: Manually Allow the App

- Scroll down to the section that says:
“‘dcbscebcmainofficebb9d60-7.0.2317-installer’ was blocked because it is not from an identified developer.”
- Click Allow Anyway.
- Try opening the installer again.
Method 2: Installing the Mac Agent on a Device:
For Mac devices on macOS Catalina (10.15) and higher, macOS requests manual approval for various Security & Privacy settings before opening downloaded software for the first time. Below are the steps to install the Mac agent with macOS's enhanced Security & Privacy settings.
The following steps are for the latest version of macOS Big Sur, so installation steps may differ depending on the version of macOS. More on this here.
1. In the Finder on the Mac, locate the Ninja agent install file
2. Control-click the file, then select Open from the dropdown
3. Click on the installer icon and input any necessary credentials
4. Complete the NinjaRMMAgent Setup Wizard
Important Note: For some Mac devices, and for full usage of the file browser, you may also need to manually grant the Ninja agent Full Disk Access to the computer. This can be done from System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Full Disk Access.
